Pure Gold Award Goes to Bethan Darwin

North Wales librarians have once again this year been running a scheme entitled  Aur Pur/Pure Gold  to encourage the reading of good books. This year's winners are Bethan Darwin for  Back Home  (Honno) and Eigra Lewis Roberts for  Hi a Fi  (Gwasg Gomer)

Six books in Welsh and six in English were selected by Estyn Allan librarians in north Wales for promotion as part of the scheme, and the most borrowed books during the period picked up the awards.
