Widely regarded as one of Wales’s best chefs, Bryn Williams has published his first book,  Bryn’s Kitchen: 5 brilliant ways to cook 20 great ingredients.

Originally from Denbigh, north Wales, Bryn is the head chef and proprietor of Odette’s, his restaurant in Primrose Hill, London. He shot to fame on the BBC’s  Great British Menu  programme, and since then has appeared regulary on  Saturday Kitchen  as well as other numerous TV programmes in Wales.
